Quick answers
How do I add questions in bulk?
Upload a UTF-8 CSV with the standard headers. You get a preview and validation before anything is saved, and a review step catches duplicates against the master bank.
What if a student's attempt is interrupted?
Abandoned attempts are handled by the portal, and authorised users can grant a reattempt or reset the latest attempt.
Can other institutes see my data?
No. Each institute's data is kept separate, and access is checked on the server for every role.
What happens during planned maintenance?
A notice with the title, description and time window appears in a portal banner ahead of time, with a warning for exams, and is removed once maintenance ends.
Is webcam monitoring available?
Not yet. Webcam and face-presence checks, along with tab-switch detection, are on the roadmap.
